Hello Everyone and thank you so much for joining me !! I think I came up with some fun cards that I hope you will enjoy. If you want a more in-depth look at how these cards came together please check out the video below. Let's jump right in!!
For my first card I brought in some circle dies and cut out five circles, three from a pattern paper and two from sliver glitter cardstock from my stash. I also cut a silver glitter matte to go under my panel. I adhered the five circles onto the panel and stamped a stentiment in Iced Spruce Distress Oxide ink. I used Nuve Dluxe glue to adhere the layers and called this card done.
On this card I bought in my stiched retangle dies and die cut a piece of pattern paper and the Green Leaf cardstock from the kit to act as a matte for the pattern paper panel. I white heat embossed a sentiment on vellum and adhered it on top if the balloon panel. I fussy cut some butterfly images out of a piece of pattern paper and adhered just the bodies so the wings could be proped up for added dimension.
I created a mini slimline card base that measures six by six inches and scored at the 3 inch mark, I also cut down a piece of Lemon Cheffon cardstock to act as a matte and a piece of Hammermill for the panel. I brought in the stencil and Glitter gel from the kit and set the panel aside to dry. I white heat embossed the sentiement on a scrap piece of Lemon Cheffon cardstock and fussy cut it out. I also fussy cut out a few butterflies from the patten paper and adhered their bodies to the panel allowing the wings to move. I brought in a glitter pn and added it to the butterflies wings.
For this card I trimmed down a piece of pattern paper and a black matte to about a 1/4 of an inch smaller than the A2 base. I white heat embossed a sentiment on the same black cardstock and cut it into a fish banner, I also fussy cut out some balloons and proped them up with some thin 3D foam squares for added demension. I used a multiliner to draw on strings to the balloons and add a sketchy boarder around the panel and called this card done.
For the Final card I brought in a circle stencil and blended between Salvaged Patina, Wilted Violet and Villanious Potion Distress oxide inks until I was happy with how they looked, I spalshed on some perfect pearls for added shimmer and shine. Next I stamped out an image on Hammermill cardstock and added some shading with N1, N3, and N5 Copic Markers. I stamped out the sentiment under my cirlce of colour and adhered the cat and balloon onto the card with some thin 3D foam squares. I adhered the layers together and added some sequins to finish the card off.
Thank you so much for stopping by to check out my 5 cards 1 kit post, If you want a more in-depth look at any of the cards please check out the video below. I also have a full supplies list below the video if you'd like to know exactly what I used to make these cards.
