Thank you so much for joining me for this Alcohol Ink Beautiful Flowers Vellum 5 x 7 Card, Let's jump right in.
I started with creating the background, I have a 5x7 piece of Yupo paper and 4 colours of Alcohol ink in Sunshine Yellow, Sunset Orange, Enchanted Pearl Ink and Rose Alloy ink. I worked the four colours, some blending solution and an air blower until I am happy with how the background is looking.
I then used the Beautiful Flowers stamp and gold heat embossed it on some heavy weight vellum to create my focal image. I also cut out the thanks word from Honey bee thanks buzzword dies in gold cardstock and three layers of white cardstock to give it some dimension, I added a vellum shadow to my sentiment to help it stand out from the background a bit more and gold heat embossed a sub sentiment from the same Honey Bee set.
I added a gold matte and adhered everything down with a mix of Bearly art glue and Nuvo deluxe glue and for a nice finishing touch I added some Gold Sparkle Crystals for some added shimmer and shine and called this card done.
