Thank you so much for joining me for this Beautiful Pattern paper card, Let's jump right in.
My good friend Kendra invited me to take part in her Sketch Challenge #7 and this is the card I came up with for it!! To start with I trimmed down all my layers alternating between Sea Glass coloured cardstock and HammerMill cardstock. My largest layer is a full card front for an A2-sized card 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches, then 4 by 5 1/4 inches, then 3 by 4 1/4 inches, and finally 2 3/4 by 4 inches. For the piece of pattern paper it measures 2 3/4 by 1 3/4 inches, I used a piece of pattern paper from the same 6x6 paper pad the hot air balloon came from.
After I adhered the layers together I fussy cut out the beautiful hot air balloon to be my focal point and adhered it to the panel with some liquid glue for a little wiggle time. I brought in some Stormy Sky Distress Oxide ink and a stamp from the Thanks and Leaves stamp set and stamped my sentiment to the bottom right corner. I added three Arctic Breeze pearls and some clear glitter to the balloon and cloud for added shimmer and shine, Then I called this card done.
