Hello everybody and thank you for joining me for this really pretty mixed media emboss resist A2 card !! Let's jump right in.
To start I white heat embossed my circle image on a piece of Distress watercolour cardstock, then placed it in my splat box and sprayed on three colours of distress sprays in Salvaged Patina, Hickory Smoke and Hocus Pocus with some clean clear water until I had a background I was happy with. I heat set the background and stamped random text and circle images from the Reflections and Don't forget to fly stamp sets with some Archival inks for added texture.
I cut out my sentiment 3 times from white cardstock and once from a silver glitter cardstock and layered them up, only adding the silver glitter onto the word you. I trimmed down my background and created a silver glitter matte to go under the panel. I adhered the layered up sentiments to the bottom right hand side of the coloured panel and added some moonshine sequins for added shimmer and shine. I adhered everything with my favourite liquid glue so I had some wiggle room to make sure my letters and layers all lined up and called this card done.
