DIY Christmas Ornament | Handmade Christmas gift

Thank you so much for joining me for this DIY Christmas Ornament tutorial, Let's jump right in.

I needed a handmade gift for a co-worker in short order, so I grabbed some clear ornaments from Micheals and promptly brought them home to be altered. I started by adding some Crystal Clear Polycrylic inside the Ornament so that my Glitter would stick to the entire area. Once I shook my Rock Candy glitter around I set the Ornament aside to dry and started working on the outside.

I brought out my Cricut Air 2 and cut a design for the front of the Ornament from some Red and White Vinyl. After weeding the vinyl, I used some transfer tape to move the design onto my Ornament. Then for some added interest around the rest of the Ornament, I used some snowflake dies from my stash and cut them out of the same White vinyl.

For a final touch, I brought in some beautiful ribbon to create a way to hang the Ornament and a bow, I added a snowflake adornment to the bow as well for some added shimmer and shine. I love how this turned out!!
