Pink and Gold Snowflake Mini Slimline Christmas Card Tutorial | Christmas in July series

Thank you so much for joining me for this Pink and Gold Snowflake Mini Slimline Christmas Card Tutorial, Let's jump right in.

I started by creating my mini slimline card base, I trimmed a piece of cardstock to 6x6 inches and scored at the 3-inch mark, next, I trimmed down my gold matte to 1/8th of an inch smaller than my base and my panel to 1/4 of an inch smaller than my base. I used a stencil to blend my Oxide inks inside of the rectangle. I used three Distress Oxide inks in Spun Sugar, Kitsch Flamingo and Picked Raspberry, blending between the colours until I was happy with how the blend looked, before removing the stencil I also splashed on some perfect pearls.

To add some interest I cut five snow flakes out of the same gold glitter cardstock I used for the matte and arranged them so hang outside of the blended rectangle. I also stamped my sentiment in the bottom right corner with some Golden Glitz Delicata ink. All that's left is to adhere all the layers together and call this card done. I LOVE how this came together... I am a big fan of pink and gold cards.
