This card was really fun and quick to put together so let's get to it!! I started by cutting down the cardstock, I made the black matte 1/8th of an inch smaller than my A2 base and the watercolour panel 1/8th of an inch smaller than the black matte. Next, I stamped the gift image onto the panel randomly in Lost Shadow oxide ink and splattered it with perfect pearls for added shimmer and shine.

For the focal image I stamped Santa in some water proof ink and watercolored him with Distress Watercolor pencils and a water brush. Then I die-cut him out and popped him up with some foam tape, I added some clear glitter pen on top of the suit and patches and brought in my white gel pen for some brighter highlights. For the sentiment I white heat embossed it onto a black strip so there was something to ground my Santa. Once all my layers were adhered I added some star embellishments around Santa and called this card done. I am really happy with how it turned out and hope you enjoyed seeing it coming together.
