Stunning Mixed Media Shades of Blue File Folder Tutorial Part 3

Thank you for joining me for this Stunning Mixed Media Shades of Blue File Folder Tutorial Part 3. Let's jump right in.

I started by cutting out my background with the file folder die in the Speciment set by Tim Holtz. To decorate the front I bought a few different bits of paper and tore them to add interest. It's hard to explain how I laid out my pieces as I kind of trial everything until I'm happy with how it looks. For added interest, I also used some rub-ons, some mica spray in Snow flurries and some old book page.

On the inside of my File Folder, I used some more of those beautiful flower rub-ons, some added Ephemera, and more old book page. I attached some of my ephemera elements with a Tiny Attacher for a different element on the folder, I am super happy with how this turned out and I cannot wait to see the whole project come together!!
