Vibrant and Whimsical Halloween Pumpkin A2 Card Tutorial

Thank you so much for joining me for this Vibrant and Whimsical Halloween Pumpkin A2 Card Tutorial, Let's jump right in.

I started by trimming down my layers, I used an A2 base, a black matte cut to 1/8th of an inch smaller than the base, and a Hammermill panel cut to 1/4 smaller than the base. I used the same Hammermill cardstock to cut out six of the Halloween balloon dies as I like those six colours in my rainbow.

Next, I blended one colour of Distress Oxide ink on each Pumpkinhead balloon in Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Broken China, and Wilted Violet. For some added interest I also added some Distress Embossing Glaze on top of each pumpkin in the matching colour except I used Wild Honey on the Orange pumpkin and Salty Ocean on the blue pumpkin.

Then I laid each pumpkin in a rainbow on the card, creating a half wreath and stamped a Halloween sentiment in the centre of the wreath. I brought in some holographic start embellishments and added them around the pumpkins just to fill in a little space and add some shimmer and shine. I love how this card turned out... It's clean and simple but fun to look at and makes me smile. I would love to hear what you think?!?
