Thank you so much for joining me for this Vibrant Floral Nuvo Shimmer Powders 5x7 Card, Let's jump right in.
I white heat embossed the large floral from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set on a piece of Distress watercolour cardstock and attached it down to a hard board, I then added several Nuvo shimmer powders in certain areas on the card and sprayed it heavily with water to get the powders to release the colour.
I set the card aside to dry and worked on the butterflies that I cut out of gold Kraft-stock for the body and pearlescent vellum for the wings and gold heat embossed my sentiment on a piece of heavyweight vellum I trimmed out with a stitched rectangle die. Once everything was dry I adhered my layers with some Nuvo deluxe glue and Bearly Art glue for the sentiment and bodies of the Butterflies. I then added some Arctic Breeze pearls and called this card done.
